Sayaka Tanikawa
Board President and Co-Artistic Director
Sayaka is a classical pianist and enjoys an active career as a recitalist and chamber musician in the United States and abroad, performing in such venues as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Carnegie Weill Recital Hall, David Geffen Hall at the Lincoln Center, Davies Hall, and Suntory Hall. An active educator, Sayaka serves on the piano faculties of Hunter College and the Juilliard School in New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Columbia University, a master’s degree from Yale School of Music, and a doctorate from Manhattan School of Music.
