Elizabeth Sellers Tabor

Board Member, Treasurer

As an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Duluth, Betsy represents Duluth in complex civil cases in state and federal courts.  Before practicing law, Betsy managed a studio of 40 private violin students and freelanced throughout New England, including performing on Grammy-nominated recordings as a member of the Boston Modern Orchestra Project.  She holds degrees in law and violin performance from Northwestern University and Yale University, where she met DCMF Co-Artistic Directors Sayaka Tanikawa and Matt Young.  Since 2018 she has made her home in Duluth.  She is an avid trail runner and cross-country skier.
